Process of casing wells.

Used to centralize the casing string in the well bore, improving displacement efficiency in cementing operations. Upon lowering of the casing string, the annular space between the casing tubing and the well walls is filled with cement to secure the tubing and prevent migration of fluids behind the casing.

Produced in integral models, without hinges or pins, in an electro-hydraulic equipment developed and patented for this purpose, called Conformer. The process comprises the steps of feeding, bending, welding and expansion within an automated and continuous cycle, guaranteeing quality and resistance.

  • Manufactured from special steels alloy.
  • Optimized design to relieve drag strength.
  • One-piece model, without pins and hinges.
  • High wearing resistance.

Product developed in accordance with API 10D.
